The BioPreparedness BioBank will provide access to high consequence pathogens with pandemic potential and their synthetic genomes.
This core activity will build and maintain a curated repository and ensure access to high-consequence pathogens with pandemic potential in Switzerland. Through synthetic genomics, the genomes of such pathogens will be maintained in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
