On Thursday 4th July, the MCID hosted its Annual Event 2024. The event featured oral presentations and a poster session on a wide range of topics linked to infectious diseases. Abstracts were invited for both oral and poster presentations of research on "study and mitigation of health, healthcare, societal, ethical, and economic risks from infectious diseases". The event closed with a panel discussion on the topic of the science-policy interface post-pandemic.
