Congratulations Dr. Céline Honegger

The MCID is delighted to congratulate Céline on the completion of her PhD, titled “Can Consensus Democracies Curb Blame Games? Credit Claiming, Blame Avoidance and Legitimacy in Hard Times.” Céline completed her doctoral studies at the KPM Center for Public Management under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Susanne Hadorn and Prof. Dr. Fritz Sager. Her PhD research was conducted as part of the MCID-funded project "Governmental blame avoidance strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic".
